Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in the same condition in which you received it

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in its original packaging, where applicable

• Include proof of purchase or your order details

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Address

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at Mariehelsinki10@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including:

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Items without their original tags, where applicable

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, where applicable

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, the fastest option is to return the original item, subject to the return conditions above, and place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, where applicable, within the timeframe required by EU consumer protection laws.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable, the refund will include the standard delivery cost originally paid for the order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
